Illuminate Beauty Bar was established in 2020 and expanded in 2021 to the salon that you have come to know and love! We are a woman owned and operated small business located in North Coventry. As licensed estheticians and cosmetologists, our goal is to offer you the highest quality services to enhance your natural features. Our goal is for everyone who enters the salon to feel valued, taken care of, and leave more radiant than when they came in!

Hi everyone! My name is Magen, co-owner of Illuminate Beauty Bar! A little bit about me: I’m a leo (sun and moon!!!), I'm very passionate and when I set my mind to something, there's no stopping me!

So it was no surprise that when I decided I wanted to get my esthetics license in 2016, I did so almost immediately.I enrolled in the esthetics program at Lansdale School of Cosmetology and graduated with my license in 2017. In 2020 I decided to take the leap and open my first ever salon, (previously known as Warrior Aesthetics). Not even a year later, Becky and I decided to take the unit right next door to my first salon and open the other half of Illuminate Beauty Bar! It’s been a whirlwind of emotions but I’m thankful every day for all the support of my friends and family, and of course all our clients who keep our doors open!

My time in the beauty industry so far has taught me that it's about so much more than beauty services. It's about human connection, and making people feel confident in their own skin.

I want to provide a safe space for all people to be able to take a break, treat themselves, and hopefully leave my salon feeling more radiant than when they came in.

Hi everyone! My name is Becky, co-owner of Illuminate Beauty Bar! I am a Cancer; therefore, I tend to lead with emotion and put my heart into everything I do. The moment Magen came to me with this business opportunity I knew with our “where there is a will there is a way” personalities we were bound to succeed!

Growing up my interests were sparked by so many things, with the majority of them lying within the realm of art and self-expression. I hold a degree in Interior Design with a passion for all things beauty, fashion, design, and DIY. I am a sponge for knowledge and will never turn down an opportunity to learn something new; teach me how to do it and I’ve already made a promise to myself to master it! I spent most of my life in the service industry which has not only developed my communication skills but my ability to multitask, my patience, and my drive to put a smile on the face of every person I come in contact with. I love to laugh!! It is because of these things that I decided it was time to put that drive and energy into a business I could wake up every day and be proud of while simultaneously making people feel just as beautiful on the outside as they are on the in.

I have spent many years researching indoor tanning and its benefits; every bed, booth, and tanning product I have personally tested and I have confidence in putting on our shelves. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and/or assist in matching you with some of our amazing products. I am certified in spray tanning and teeth whitening as well, two services I enjoy myself and love how they instantly boost your self-confidence!

I am always looking for ways to grow and improve each day and I hope, with the help of our awesome clientele, to apply that same mindset to Illuminate. I want to create an environment that feels open to both compliments AND concerns so we as a business can constantly be improving and staying focused on providing you with an undeniably amazing experience here at Illuminate Beauty Bar.
